This past February, Charles Renfro, a Partner at Diller Scofidio + Renfro, spoke about a few of the firm’s past projects at CreativeMornings/NewYork. Ranging from The Blur Building, a cumulous pavilion built for the sixth swiss national exhibition, to the High Line, a 1.5-mile long linear oasis of greenery stretching, the firm’s projects go above and beyond what is expected. Charles sheds some light into the concept behind several of these amazing works.
Huge thank you to the generous folks over at the Openhouse Gallery for sharing their fantastic indoor pop-up park, Park Here. Thanks also to Roland Lazarte for taping and editing the talk.
