Zoe Romano was the speaker at this month’s CreativeMornings/Milan. After getting her degree in Philosophy at Università Statale, Zoe received a Master in Media Science and Technology at University of Pavia. Passionate about media activism and political visual art, Zoe focuses on precarity, social production, material and immaterial labor in creative and service industries.
Zoe has co-founded Openwear.org, European project around collaborative fashion, open design and open-source branding. Since 2005, she has been an active member of Serpica Nara, a collective and “meta-brand” that satirizes the European fashion industry.
