David “Mr. McFeely” Newell marked the second speaker for CreativeMornings/Pittsburgh. You might recognize David (pictured above) from the 45 years he spend on Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.
During his talk, David spoke on the happiness Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood brought him during those years as part of the very first themed month of 2013. “Attitudes are taught, not caught,” David told the audience. He remembers stories from his time on the set of the show, and the importance of being happy and setting postive examples for children.
