Whoa! Starting CreativeMornings/Aarhus off on a beautifully caffeinated foot this year is Søren Stiller Markussen, one of the worlds best baristas. Above is just a small selection of his skills, gracing the top of coffees across Aarhus.
His accomplishments entail gold medals from Denmar to London and Denmark. Søren is not only competing in barista challenges around the world, but he is constantly developing new brewing tools and methods. A year ago Søren opened a café/roastery/academy in the heart of Aarhus to share his passion of coffee.
